We want visitors to the Bluegrass to easily find proper and comfortable accommodations for the World Equestrian Games that suit their exact needs. This will make them feel immediately welcome in our community, and able to truly enjoy their time here.
Partner with Home Owners to Lease Their Property
We want local home-owners to have the opportunity to easy list their properties for rent for the World Equestrian Games, to take a chance on this unknown, to make a nice bit of profit, and to not be gouged with exorbitant commission fees. All of our competitors charge a hefty commission if your property is rented in addition to their listing fee (Up to 25%). WE DON'T CHARGE A COMMISSION, and we never will. Instead, we empower and support you through the entire process, and encourage you to be as controlling/discerning as you want. Lastly, we want our company to succeed as a business, BUT we want to do it ethically, and at a fair price. Throughout it all, we want to be recognized as a solid member of, and contributor to, our Bluegrass community. An example of this mindset, is that for every property listed on the website, we will donate $20 to the Kentucky Equine Humane Center.
